Fill out our booking form.
How does the picnic booking process work?
Fill out our booking form.
Once we receive your booking form, we will contact you to confirm your date and set up choices.
We will send you an invoice and agreement.
Pay a 30% non-refundable retainer to secure the date. Remaining balance due 2 days before your event.
Show up to your picnic.

What locations are available?
We are located in Solano County. Traveling fee may apply to locations outside Solano County. Pleade note that you are responsible for looking up your location's hours, rules, permit fees and other information.

Is Food Included
Our Picnic packages have add on options for Charcuterie by Graze Solano and Desserts by Casa Dulce Desserts.
We also recommend, you pick up food from your favorite places or we can recommend Molly's Creole Kitchen catering services and more amazing local small business.

Can we bring Alcohol
For Public locations in California, by law, possesion and/ or consumption of alcoholic beverages (this includes alcohol poured into a different container) is prohibited in all day use of public areas.
GG Celebrations LLC is not liable for any repercussions pertaining alcohol.

What if we need to cancel or reschedule
You may reschedule due to weather change or health conditions.
Cancellation will result in loss of deposit.
