Hiring a coordinator will lift the pressure off you. I am here for you! It’s disappointing when the couple is bothered by unfortunate events on their wedding day. My job is to make sure that your vision is executed perfectly and to resolve (if any) all mini catastrophes without you even noticing they are happening. I will be the point of contact for vendors, family members, etc. Any concerns or questions they may have, I will answer. I am a firm believer that the couple should enjoy themselves on their wedding day and make as much memorable moments as they can without any interruptions by all the little things. My goal is to make sure you are 100% having the time of your lives and keeping your best interest in mind. This is a once in a lifetime moment and you deserve to feel all of it!

Vendor management. Coordinating with vendors regarding arrival time, confirming services booked, meal counts and any other important details at least 1 week before the wedding.

Timeline creation and wedding day program planning

Learning seating chart and floor plans.

Greet vendors and be the point of contact the day of your wedding.

Oversees all the details of ceremony and reception are set to perfection prior start time.

Set up wedding elements, such as guest book, party favors, table numbers etc.

Distribute bouquets and corsages to bridal party, and family members.
